Looking for something uniquely tailored to your needs? There are homesites available throughout the development for you to build a custom single-family or estate home. Our newest custom neighborhoods, Phase 10 and Phase 11, have the most availability but there are a selection of lots left in some of our other neighborhoods. The process is easy. Just pick your lot, select a builder from our Preferred Builders list or bring in your own, have your builder or architect design your home, then build your new custom home. Tom Kite, along with Roy Bechtol and Randy Russell, designed the first 18, The Valley and The Hills, utilizing the exquisite Hill Country terrain, which is blessed with majestic oaks.
