Imagine escaping from the real world for a while. Come discover your inner spirit at our newly built Reservation on the Guadalupe! The camp is comprised of seven Tipis on one and a half acres with Guadalupe River access. Each unit sleeps up to 6 guests in three queen-sized beds (some have 2 beds and a pullout couch). Great for family getaways or rent all or a few of the Tipis for larger groups! They look like a traditional Tipi from the outside but inside they are fully furnished and have all the conveniences of modern day living including air conditioning, Amazon Fire, kitchenette with sink, under-counter refrigerator, stove top and extra large toaster oven. Each Tipi comes with its own private bathroom with a large walk-in tiled shower. The bathrooms are located in a separate building, but each of the Tipis has its own private bathroom.
Do you long to swim or fish in the river like you were a kid again? Want to enjoy a float trip with your friends and family? The Guadalupe River is an oasis of serenity and fun with gorgeous views and many outdoor activities to keep you busy. Located just a few miles from the boat ramps of Canyon Lake, the flyfishing outfitters and guides or the tube rental shops. Envision your own cozy Tipi cloaked in nature with plush furniture, personal BBQ pits for grilling, picnic tables and individual fire pits for chatting or just relaxing with your friends and family. You can walk down the tree-lined trail to our waterfront deck, an awesome place to drink your morning coffee or your afternoon wine. Or you are welcome to take advantage of our large River Park, located just 300 yards down River Road from the camp.
The camp has a community game room, (located in a treehouse!) with big screen TV, ping pong table, board games, and indoor and outdoor seating. The Guadalupe River offers so many amenities including fishing, swimming, tubing, bird-watching or just soaking your feet! You are welcome to walk down to our recently expanded River Park on over an acre of waterfrontage land during your stay. Bring your chairs and sit in the river or fish, tube or swim! If you plan a tubing excursion, our River Park is a great place to put in or take out, and we can recommend some good tube outfitters.
